  6. Purpose  : Allows you to keep track of your phone bill for the Voyager 
  7.            software suite.

  11. This version V0.09 has full VAT implementation and so I have included in the
  12. configfile BT's correct charges excluding VAT (VAT is set also in the 
  13. config file).  If you have used presious copies of this program you will 
  14. find that the calculation is differnt this is because in eariler I used BT's
  15. rounded up cost including of VAT.  Also V0.09 has a system to help stop a 
  16. problem with Voyager (See note 2) it now be configured to add  some time in 
  17. to each call so to add on the time Voyager does not.

  19. NOTE:

  21. 1 It must be stressed while I have tried to be as accurate as possible BT's 
  22. rules as complex and many, I while I have followed most that I know of, 
  23. there will proberably be some not followed correctly.  And this software 
  24. is not just for BT uses only but for cable and any other exchanges that
  25. may exist. e.g. I do not know how BT charges are effected by a discount
  26. as in Familiy & Friend scheme, and my implementation can not be checked by 
  27. myself as I do not use BT.

  29. 2 Also Voyager (V1.02) only starts the clock ticking when it is fully 
  30. connected and not while it is handshaking with your pop and so all timings
  31. will be out by about 5 secounds.  and if voyager crashes then the log file 
  32. may not be updated correctly and so might not be included in VoyCost's 
  33. costings.
